Meet Your Provider
Born and raised in Silsbee, Tammie Gore has spent more than two decades caring for Southeast Texas — first as a registered nurse in local hospitals, and today as a doctorate-prepared, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her journey spanned four graduation stages: an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lamar University in 1999, followed by her BSN, her Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and finally her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Texas at Arlington in December 2021 — all while working full time and raising a family.

On Valentine's Day 2021, she and her husband Dale found a weathered 1958 building on Silsbee's main street, near the icehouse museum and the train tracks. On the front door was a faded sticker: "In God We Trust." They both said it at the same time — "this is meant to be." Today that building is a beautiful, fully renovated clinic serving families across Hardin County.
When she's not caring for patients, you'll find Tammie trail riding with family and friends — and counting her blessings every single day.

Known around town as "the water well man," Dale is the clinic's biggest cheerleader — and the one who found the building that made this dream real.
